What the membership provides

Florida Restaurant Signals provides a weekly, source-linked brief of restaurant licensing and project events for your agreed Florida territory and supplier category. We confirm coverage before inviting you to subscribe. Records may concern existing businesses, remodels or later-stage approvals. No minimum record volume, exclusive access, appointment or sales result is promised.

Price and cancellation

An activated membership is $349 USD per month, plus any applicable tax disclosed at checkout. It renews monthly until canceled. A pilot request is free and does not activate billing. Cancel future renewals through the Stripe customer portal or our contact form. Cancellation at period end preserves access through the paid period. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly for review; applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Use and accuracy

Use reports for your own lawful business research. Check underlying sources before relying on a record. A filing is not proof of an opening date, purchasing intent or an available supplier contract. We are independent of Florida DBPR and other public agencies. Do not represent the information as an endorsement by a listed business or government agency, or redistribute the paid report as your own competing feed.

Delivery and interruptions

Weekly reports are saved to your private report page while your paid membership is active. Reports are also sent to your membership work email when report emails are enabled. Stopping report emails does not stop saved reports or cancel billing. Public source delays and service outages may affect timing. We will identify known data issues and review reported errors. You remain responsible for your own outreach practices and decisions.
